Physicals
A routine physical examination (yearly wellness exam, pre-employment physical, sports physical) allows you to detect health conditions like cancer, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, and more. During a routine physical, you will have your blood pressure, heart rate, height, weight, BMI, and head to toe physical exam (excluding genital exam or eye exam)
Screenings/Tests: A1c screening, diabetes screening, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disease screening. The health provider will review all test results with you and make recommendations

Smoking Cessation Program
We all know Tobacco and Nicotine are terrible for us. Quitting smoking all at once might work for some people. But you'll improve your chances of success by getting help from your health care provider and making a plan. Our smoking cessation plan can give you the extra help you need to make the final break you have been looking for.
